It is almost the end…of both the school year and our Spring 2018 PD courses. 

 

Here are a couple of reminders as we head into the end of the year:

1.    Don't forget to reach out to participants to remind them when their portfolios are due

2.    Make sure you input grades into PDE3…click here for PDE3 instructions on "How to manage a PD-Credit Course"  REMEMBER YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO CHANGE GRADES

3.    PLEASE make sure your roster on PDE3 is accurate – including taking off any students who DROPPED the course and checking to make sure a student is not double rostered

 

We hope the review process with OCISS will go smoother this time, but let us know if you are experiencing issues or difficulties. 

 

Otherwise, THANK you for all your hard work.  Please be sure to submit your invoices to us.  According to our new instructions from fiscal, all invoices will be paid at the course completion (ie when members receive credit) but if you will need payment earlier than that PLEASE let us know so we can appeal to accounting. 

 

It is NEVER too early to think about Fall 2018, as of right now, below are the course we have heard back from and are hoping to offer.  If you aren't listed below and would like to offer your course in the fall please let us know ASAP.  We have reached out to OCISS and they have informed us that sponsor will remain the same.  They have also asked us to remind you that they have revised the PD manual so please be sure to take a look at it.  If you have any questions regarding the revisions, you can check in with your course sponsor.
